Research groups
Definition
To promote collaborative research among UdeC academics and peers from other national and international institutions, the VRID UdeC Research Group designation is awarded to Grupo de Investigación VRID UdeC a group of three or more academics from the University of Concepción who request it and demonstrate joint scientific collaboration.
Restrictions
1- Have at least three publications with two or more members of the group as authors, in the last three years.
2- Have at least one research project of one of the members of the group in the last three years.
Application
To request the application of a research group, the application form must be completed, signed by the Research Advisor of the corresponding Faculty, and sent to vrid@udec.cl with a cover letter addressed to the Director of Research and Artistic Creation for review.
The acceptance or rejection of its creation will be notified by e-mail. If its creation is approved, the coordinator will receive a certificate that attests to its validity, with the code assigned to the group.

Validity
Para mantener su validez en el tiempo el grupo deberá re enviar su solicitud después de cinco años de haberse adjudicado esta figura en mail dirigido al Director de Investigación y Creación Artística a vrid@udec.cl.
