Director
Director: Andrea Catalán Lobos
Civil & Industrial Engineer, with a Master's in Strategic Communication with international certifications in innovation and development. She serves as Executive Director of the Transfer and Licensing Office (OTL UdeC), a position in which she manages the University's technological portfolio and its transfer to companies and institutions, both nationally and internationally. Her professional experience is related to technological management, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Units
Office of Transfer and Licensing (OTL)
Responsible for promoting and facilitating relations between the university community and its stakeholders, linking the University's R&D capabilities and new knowledge with the needs of the productive sector and society.
Technological Development Unit (UDT)
It conducts cutting-edge scientific and technological research and innovation in close collaboration with the production sector. Both roles, leading cutting-edge projects, make it a unique R&D&I center in Chile.
Incuba UdeC
It supports innovative technology-based initiatives in their implementation, validation, scaling up, investment, and internationalization. Through various business intelligence services, it ensures that the startups it supports achieve an economic, social, and environmental impact.
